"If God is sovereign, then his lordship must extend over all of life, and it cannot be restricted to the walls of the church or within the Christian orbit."
Abraham Kuyper Common Grace 1.1.
I can only support "symphonic justice" in so far as there is no conductor. To often the state is envisioned as the conductor, and this is a fatal mistake. Society and its polyjustice must be envisioned as a symphony that is more like a jazzy jam session. Then justice will flourish symphonically.
I like the sound (sorry!) of a jazzy jam session!
