Gideon Strauss on Principled Pluralism
Gideon Strauss on principled pluralism from Q ideas. An 8 minute talk well worth watching.
I can only support "symphonic justice" in so far as there is no conductor. To often the state is envisioned as the conductor, and this is a fatal mistake. Society and its polyjustice must be envisioned as a symphony that is more like a jazzy jam session. Then justice will flourish symphonically.

I like the sound (sorry!) of a jazzy jam session!
