Now think of numbers as God (taking the monothiestic example).
Nobody has seen a number visually, nor seen God. Numbers and God are everywhere and eternel. Some believe the universe created from and by numbers, others from and by God (I do but have more respect for athiests than for agnostics).
The only things that can be shown to exist in the universe are mass/energy, length and time. Numbers and God do not exist.
People (such as me) do not exist either because as a *person*
I do not have a mass or occupy a place in space or time. I only interact with this universe and with this blog.
From your point of view, I am only a string of hexadecimal characters and can be wiped off the board like numbers or God.
I'm stopping here for the moment.
Now it"s your turn. Can *you* take this idea further (if you really exist of course). Paul_wi11iams

PS. If anyone still tells you to believe in maths, ask them to show you a number and not just its representation.
